Sponsorship pitch writing

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Each displayed price covers the full listed package, not each individual item. Applicable tax and approved extras are additional. Each fixed-price, one-time package includes one consolidated revision round within the agreed scope. After we confirm the scope and availability, a 50% deposit reserves your work; the balance is due before final files are delivered. Standard design and writing packages are usually delivered within five business days after we receive a complete brief and all required materials. Event content capture files are delivered within five business days after the event. Website, grant, event planning and custom-project schedules are confirmed separately before booking. Clients provide accurate details and approved assets. Sponsorship or grant funding and marketing results are not guaranteed.
