Frequently asked questions
Helpful details before you book.
A few helpful
answers.
In-person support is available across Toronto and the GTA. Remote support is available for suitable creative, project and grant engagements.
How do consultation bookings work?
Request a free 15-minute call through the inquiry form. We reply by email to agree on a time; your request is not an automatically confirmed appointment.
How do payments work?
Fixed-price, one-time packages require a 50% deposit after scope and availability are agreed. The balance is due before final files are delivered. Monthly content is paid before production begins. Event and custom-project payment schedules are set out in your proposal. No work is booked until scope, availability and payment terms are agreed.
How long will my package take?
Standard creative design and writing work is usually delivered within five business days after your brief and materials are complete. Event capture files are delivered within five business days after the event. Website, grant and custom project schedules are confirmed separately before booking.
What does one revision round include?
One combined list of changes to the agreed brief. New concepts, extra deliverables or a changed scope are quoted separately.
What do I need to provide?
Your goal, approved business or event details, brand assets and any photos or footage needed for the package. You must have permission to use supplied content.
Do you post content or send customer emails?
The listed creative packages provide deliverables for your team to use. Posting, account management, bulk sending and advertising spend are separate unless included in a written agreement.
Can you guarantee grant or sponsorship funding?
Funding decisions belong to the funder or sponsor. Fees cover the agreed research, writing and support; approval, ticket sales and other results are not guaranteed.
What is included in an event or bartending quote?
Your proposal defines staffing, service hours and responsibilities. Venue fees, drinks, catering, permits, equipment, additional staffing and travel are separate unless expressly included.
Do you work with nonprofits?
Yes. Tell us about your organization, goals and budget so we can discuss an appropriate scope.
