Every project starts with an agreed scope, price and timeline. Your written proposal confirms the details specific to your project.

Payments and revisions

Fixed one-off projects generally require a 50% deposit after scope and availability are confirmed, with the balance before final delivery. Monthly support is paid upfront. Packages include one revision round unless the proposal says otherwise.

Changes, cancellations and rescheduling

Contact us as soon as your plans change. We will review the work completed, any supplier commitments and the remaining schedule with you. Cancellation charges, deposit treatment and rescheduling conditions must be agreed in your written proposal before payment.

Your finished work

Your proposal will specify the final files, editable source files where included, and ownership or usage rights. Third-party fonts, images, software and other licensed materials remain subject to their own licences. These details are confirmed before work begins.
